One of the most popular entrees at Yak & Yeti is the Crispy Honey Chicken, which although popular actually has mixed reviews among guests. We think the Honey Chicken, (tempura chicken, sugar snack peas, carrots, honey sauce, and choice of jasmine or brown rice) is quite delicious although we do have to agree that it is dangerously similar to the similar version of this dish that is served at the Yak & Yeti counter service restaurant.

They had a choice of three wok dishes. Crispy honey chicken, Korean beef and sweet and sour chicken. These were between $19 and $20. I chose the crispy honey chicken. It was absolutely delicious and one of my most favourite dishes of the holiday. My son loved it as well and kept asking me for more. We ended up doing a bit of a food swap just to stop him asking all the time. I especially loved the sugar snap peas and the jasmine rice.
We continued with the theme of "sharing is caring" and split the Crispy Honey Chicken and a side of Garlic Noodles. The chicken is lightly battered in tempura and fried, then tossed in a sticky sweet honey sauce and served with broccoli and carrots, and a choice of jasmine or brown rice. I genuinely feel that it is overpriced for the serving size and quality of the food, but again, you're at Disney. It is what it is.
We started off with cocktails. The Kiwi Kimono is bright green with a big fruity flavor that's just a bit tart. The Pink Himalayan was a refreshing mix of ruby red grapefruit juice and gin that felt grown-up and quenching. Both arrived at our table hot and in portion sizes made for sharing. The two dishes were pretty straightforward as far as flavor goes. They were solidly good, but not better than anything we would get back home. The memorable part of appetizers was the soy lime dipping sauce, both of us found to be fantastic on both the potstickers and green beans.Pot Sticker BasketDeep Fried Green BeansTori ordered the Honey Chicken, which is a Tempura chicken, fresh vegetables tossed in honey sauce served with jasmine rice.
The Crispy Honey Chicken was great. It came with assorted vegetables in a nice honey glaze. Again, one of the cheaper entrees offered during lunch at $18.99. With both of our entrees we were offered white, brown, or chicken-fried rice. 2ff7e9595c
